"Felt cheap and stopped working"
The product felt cheap right out of the box, and after only light use it just quit working. I reached out about it, but it felt like nobody even read my message, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered this thinking it would ship quickly, but it just sat there for days and ended up arriving late. I kept having to check the tracking myself because there weren’t really any useful updates. whoever runs this needs to get the shipping process together because it was frustrating.

"Felt a bit overpriced"
I picked up some basic home medical supplies here, and honestly... the prices felt higher than they should’ve been. I looked around afterward and found similar stuff for less elsewhere. It just didn’t feel like a great value to me, and I kind of regret buying from them.

"Surprisingly quick to respond"
I had a couple questions before placing my order, and they actually got back to me fast, which was a nice change from the usual “we’ll reply whenever we feel like it” experience you get with some places.
The person I spoke with was helpful and didn’t make the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be, thankfully. Overall, it was a smooth and simple experience with New Leaf Home Medical.

"Great selection and easy to shop"
I was impressed by how much home medical equipment they had available. Most of the items I checked were in stock, which made the whole process feel a lot easier and more reassuring. One item I wanted was out of stock, but overall I had no trouble finding what I needed. It definitely gave me confidence that they’re a reliable place to shop for these kinds of supplies.

"Return and refund took too long"
I don’t know why the return process had to be such a hassle, but it was. I sent my item back and then the refund took way longer than I expected. I kept having to check for updates myself, and it felt like no one was really helping. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

the whole process was smooth. The site was easy to use, I found what I needed fast, and checkout went through without any issues. I got my confirmation email right away too, so no complaints so far.
